Santa Barbara County Search & Rescue (SBCSAR) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit, team whose members practice skills and maintain the equipment required to conduct search and rescue operations. When called into service SBCSAR operates under the direction of the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department.
